We are a leisure development and operating company, dedicated to excitement, sensation and fun. Our concepts and operations are focussed on driving additional footfall by delivering a reason to come, stay and come back. We work in assignment for investors, landlords, real estate developers and governments, both in the Netherlands and abroad in the rest of Europe.

For this we partner up with owners/developers of high traffic locations as shopping centers, malls, retails parks and leisure formulas. Venues that we operate are based on proven concepts with an impressive track record in the Netherlands and in the first place are FUN!

Innoxite develops and operates Family Entertainment Centers, small theme parks, (Brand) Experience Centers and Indoor Playgrounds. We consider immersive theming and storytelling as a crucial component for our guest experience.

Currently we are developing and operating BattleKart venues in the Netherlands for a Belgian investment company. Before, we developed and realized the Hang Out FEC for a real estate company and helped brands in the Northern Italian cities with opportunities for their expansion strategy.

At Innoxite we stay focussed on optimising our products to the latest techniques and trends in leisure. And we keep looking for interesting regions and market developments for attractions.
